My heart fuels my HOPE

Our iHOPE conversation continues with Heart.

Relationships are at the heart of community health work. Today, we are making space to celebrate the people, communities and experiences that bring us joy and keep us connected.

Today's Conversation:

What fills your heart as a Community Health Worker?

Tell us about a person, community, relationship or CHW moment that brings you joy or reminds you why this work matters to you.

SHARE HOPE: Share your story with us.

GIVE HOPE: Find someone's story that connects with you and tell them what you appreciated about it.

Let's fill today's conversation with celebration!

Currently working in substance use treatment, it fills my heart to see my clients continue to break barriers and push through the nonlinear journey of sobriety. What means the most to me is knowing that, no matter where they are in their journey, they feel safe being honest with me and know that I’ll always meet them where they are with compassion, understanding, and without judgment.
