Eligibility Requirements:
Minimum credit score of 640.
Have at least $2,000 in savings. No asset limit.
Must be purchasing an existing or new construction home in Petersburg or Tri-Cities Area (Colonial Heights & Dinwiddie).
Required to complete our homebuyer education course & prepurchase counseling.
Home must pass inspection.
