Sowing STRENGTH across communities

STRENGTH on Wheels (SOW) is CHW Strength's mobile workforce development platform designed to bring learning, workforce resilience, community engagement, and workforce innovation directly into communities. SoW expands access by reducing barriers related to geography, transportation, and technology while creating relationship-centered experiences that travel where people are.

STRENGTH• Learning Pods

STRENGTH• Community Engagement Experiences

Why SoW?

Bring the experience closer to people: Learning and workforce development can happen within the communities where people live, work and serve.

Strengthen relationships: SoW creates space for CHWs, public health teams, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, faith communities, businesses and community-based organizations to learn and build together.

• Turn mobility into connection: The vehicle is more than transportation. Each deployment becomes an opportunity to expand workforce capacity, strengthen partnerships and exchange knowledge.
