The Envision Team is expanding with remote positions currently available.
We are looking for three Community Health Workers: Two Community Health Worker Sustainability Leads to join our team and lead sustainability efforts. These positions will facilitate communities of practice and support CHW program and CHW training as part of ENVISION’s national team of partners.
These are Full-Time Remote positions. Close August 19th.
