As community health workers we are in a position where often times we are giving the individuals we're helping all we've got to offer. That can sometimes be Draining, Stressful, and/or demanding. This video is a wonderful depiction of what we aim to be for our clients and the before and after categories we may fall into sometimes. No matter what category you fall into it's all ok as long as we're always aiming to be that "just Ready" avocado!
