Community Health Assessment (CHA)
The Community Health Assessment (CHA) is a tool used to better understand what resources or areas need more attention in our locality.
The Community Health Assessment survey is an opportunity for Richmond & Henrico residents to express their thoughts and feelings about key issues.
Participation in this survey is critical as the results of the survey will directly inform and shape our Community Health Improvement Plans (CHIPs).
If you live, work, or work with community members who reside in the Richmond and Henrico area, take a moment to give input
and share the CHA.
