Tailored specifically for supervisors of Community Health Workers, this collaborative focuses on effective communication, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, time management, and fostering a supportive team culture.
Participants engage in interactive discussions, real-world scenarios, and practical exercises that build leadership capacity and promote organizational success.

CHW 401 is delivered virtually, allowing participants to join from anywhere while staying connected, engaged, and supported.
