It is true, the chws are the back bone of the health care. This is the cadre that visits the households to ensure that everyone therein is safe and healthy without which counselling and referral done immediately and no more of any such in the community again. It is the role of the chws to do the preventive measures to save the government from spending billions in buying drugs and it is through the chws that we realize the healthy community and the healthy the community the higher the production of outputs which stabilizes the economic status of countries.
