Setting objective criteria
In efforts to reduce the implicit bias I have, I will work to be more intentional in my thoughts. I will be more considerate and thoughtful of the preconceived notions that arise in my mind. I will put more efforts into being more actionable where I can and also call others out when they speak in ways that demonstrate implicit bias.
