Self-care toolkit
My self-care tools consist of singing and listening to music (praise and worship), cooking, coffee/journaling time, a movie day at home, a day of pampering at the nail spa and spending time with family out eating out or cooking together, laughing and being thankful for one another. It's the little, simple things that help relax and bring me to the center of my purpose and who I am.

Yes, Chon, that is a wonderful toolkit...mine consists of essential oils, scented candles, as of yesterday a new recipe (love cooking & baking), and a rag doll given to me by my family member years ago, a list of utube relaxing frequency videos, small journal to write all the wonderful things about myself and list of comedy tic toks to follow that have babies and pets that are comical.
