My Objective Criteria
Within the next 2 weeks, whenever I see someone who comes to the Free Clinic I work at, I will try my best not to form automatic assumptions about who they are or where they are from. By not forming these assumptions, it can make our communication much more thorough and open, and will allow me to see clearly as to how I can help them.

Within the next two weeks I will look at my own unconscious bias i may not realize I have and hold myself accountable.
Taking out the time to educate myself and my colleagues will start the change that’s needed .
