Implicit Bias
In the next 2 weeks I can put myself in someone else's shoes, be open to different possibilities by before going into a room examine my own behavior and make a conscious effort to explore other possibilities. Make new friends that are the exact opposite religion, race, and age as me. Having the courage to speak on "it" is the only way to change the future. Implementing these videos to my son will hopefully educate him about this subject at an early age to see things in a different way. Having a different age, race, religion, gender, within my network will not only open conversation's to help visualize things differently and seeing things from someone else's shoes but hopefully open my own son up to doing the same in his future.
This is awesome! I can resonate with your post, as it is important to view situations from different points of view, in an attempt to understand what someone else may be going through.
