The one thing that has stayed with me throughout these videos is start seeing people for who they truly are instead of your any objective criteria you may have. They are people just like you. I was completely unaware of protype bias, and my name is Blanca. It really gets my wheels turning if this was a reason why I wasn't hired despite my amazing resume. Very interesting video and wonderful things to keep in mind.
