Continued Learning to become Better!
We are approaching the end of our courses for Community Health Workers. Wow, how time flies! Although exciting, however feeling bittersweet about it. I have acquired so much beneficial information to apply to my everyday encounters whether it be with clients or my co-workers. I go to work and share knowledge or simply tell my team that I have been learning so much. The best part of taking these courses were the instructors that put so much effort to making the best of each night. They have three sessions a day of 2 hours each session. May God protect them and reward them in abundance. With all due respect, some physicians can benefit from these courses that we were blessed to have these past weeks. Many of us have full time jobs and I am one that hustled to get in class nightly, but it was well worth it! I sincerely appreciate all the time and opportunity that I have been given to continue learning on how to become better to serve my community. One person at a time and one day at a time is how we will thrive as amazing Community Health Workers. Congratulations to all my co-students and instructors for a successful season!
That was very wonderful as I compared it with ours which we just concluded today the eleventh. We got a lot of knowledge and we are now happy that we can approach the community with courage and confidence.
