Self-Care Check In!!

I really took a little time to appreciate my self-care tool kit. I wore several of my favorite buttons, chose a mindful message card, ate the cookies that WAS in there š. Enjoyed a Lavendar epsom salt bath. Ended my night with tea and wrote in my journal. Starting my morning with tea feeling refreshed. I am certainly motivated this Monday Morning!!ā£ļø
