What is my Self Care Tool Kit?
My Self Care Tool Kit consists of a 20 min walk (1 mile) at least 3 times a week, scriptures and devotions, & prayer and meditation. I like getting manicures/pedicures and massages occasionally. I enjoy candles, scented oils, and bath salts. Also, I like reading romance novels, doing puzzles, and word searches. I find water and nature very relaxing. I like fishing with my husband and son & sitting on a beach or near a pond/creek. My most important tool is God. He refuels me when I'm on (empty) E and reminds me that He is always there.
