The CHW Cooperative Group Discussion Board is a shared space for connection, learning, reflection, and collective problem solving among CHW Worker-Owners.

This discussion board exists to:

• Share questions, ideas, and resources

• Learn from one another’s lived experience

• Celebrate wins and milestones

• Ask for support and offer encouragement

• Explore challenges without judgment

• Build shared understanding and collective wisdom

This is not a top down or monitored space. It is a community space shaped by CHW Worker-Owners, grounded in trust, cultural humility, and mutual respect.

Participation is invitational, not performative. You are welcome to:

• Post when you have something to share

• Respond when you have capacity

• Read and reflect quietly when that feels right

There is no expectation to have the “right” answer. Curiosity, honesty, and care are valued here.
