One pillar, One practice, and One week in motion
July 27th - August 2nd
Welcome to our 7/27/2026 edition of STRENGTH™ in Motion, a weekly space where we will explore one STRENGTH™ pillar, one STRENGTH™ practice, share what is happening behind the scenes, & invite you into upcoming opportunities
One STRENGTH Pillar

Trust: Move forward with confidence even when the path is uncertain
Trust does not require us to have every answer before we move. It invites us to use the wisdom we have today while remaining open to what may become clearer along the way.
We may not see the entire path yet but we can still take the next step with courage, confidence, and hope.
“Fear asks, ‘What if it goes wrong?’
Trust asks, ‘What becomes possible?’”
Stephanie Toney

Think of one decision, conversation, or opportunity you have delayed while waiting for certainty
Take five quiet minutes and ask:
What do I know today?
What is within my influence?
What is the next wise step I can take?
Choose ONE step and take it within the next 24 hours
"Trust grows each time we move forward without needing to know every detail"
-Stephanie Toney

Behind the STRENGTH™
This week, we are choosing TRUST as we continue building resources, relationships, and opportunities that strengthen people, leaders and communities.
There is so much more taking shape behind the scenes. We are learning as we move, celebrating each step, and trusting the process as the STRENGTH™ Framework continues coming to life.
