One pillar, One practice, and One week in motion

August 3rd - August 9th

Welcome to our 08/03/2026 edition of STRENGTH™ in Motion, a weekly space where we will explore one STRENGTH™ pillar, one STRENGTH™ practice, share what is happening behind the scenes, & invite you into upcoming opportunities

One STRENGTH Pillar

Rest: Create rhythms that restore your mind, body, and spirit

Rest is not something we earn only after we’ve exhausted ourselves. It invites us to intentionally pause, replenish our energy, and make space for renewal so we can show up fully in the moments that matter most.

Taking time to rest is not stepping away from purpose, it’s preparing ourselves to continue it with greater clarity, resilience, and strength.

Rest is not falling behind. It is creating space to return with greater clarity, energy and peace. This week, listen to what your whole self needs BEFORE exhaustion makes the decision for you.

“A rested soul sees possibilities an exhausted mind cannot’”

Stephanie Toney

Think of one area where you’ve been pushing through instead of pausing.

Take five quiet minutes and ask:

  1. What would restoration look like for me today?

  2. What is my body asking for?

  3. What can I release?

Choose ONE step and take it within the next 24 hours

"Rest becomes a rhythm when we stop waiting until we are depleted"

-Stephanie Toney

 Behind the STRENGTH™

This week, we are choosing REST as we continue building resources, relationships, and opportunities that strengthen people, leaders and communities.

Behind every step forward is a moment of renewal. As we continue developing the  STRENGTH™ Framework, we’re embracing the idea that rest is not a pause in progress, it’s part of the process. When we intentionally restore ourselves, we create the capacity to lead with greater clarity, purpose, and resilience.
