One of the most primal feelings humans' experiences is a sense of belonging to be connected to other beings and to be part of a tribe that is a desire that we all hold. There are studies out there that will show that social rejection creates identical brain activity as physical assault. (American Psychological Association). So how important is it to be a part of a crowd, do what they do or be a part of trying to fit in. For me I never fit in or felt a part of a whole tribe, what I did to heal those thoughts was to become a whole being. How? By identifying triggers that hindered (past tense) my social and economic development, by recognizing that I do have a problem and lastly taking responsibility for my actions as a teen then an adult. Solution, asking for help from those who have walked in my painful shoes, seeking counseling and being a study of self-help for greater wisdom on how to cope in life. Results, I am now more confident, more secure with who I am and my differences and writing as well as daily meditation and upbeat frequencies allows me to dance and heal all at the same time. Yes, I am a work in progress, yes, my passion is to help our youth and families today, yes helping others to gain more insight to mental health is a promise to the world that I can contribute. Yes, today and tomorrow we can become a movement, a tribe and be a part of the world of being a CHW to make a difference in our communities, environments let's all heal together. Are you ready?

Yes people may not like you because of the behavioural pattern that you had presented in the last few decades but you can still correct the problem because you understand them and you can be deeply rooted into thinking over them one by one and the way out.
