Full Time Health Educator (Community Health Worker) Position.
The Richmond City Health District (RCHD) is now recruiting for a Full Time Health Educator (Community Health Worker) position. This full time Community Health Worker role is focused on our Chronic Disease work, specifically cardiovascular health (blood pressure monitoring, nutrition, exercise). They will focus both on adults and pregnant people and will lead health education classes, attend outreach events, and connect people to primary care.
