Objective Criteria
I have such a heightened awareness of my implicit bias now, I plan to work on this through the techniques we have learned. I am also going to try to network with others more which is difficult in an at home job but I will try to do this is my community as well. As always, never judge a book by its cover and putting myself in other people's shoes.
