Self-Care is Very Important
Self Care is VERY IMPORTANT Why? Because many of us deal with mental health issues everyday and we need to protect, recognize, help and speak out as Advocates for those who have been experiencing these such issues. That is why I post Self Care words of encouragement and sending love and prayers to everyone. Here are some suggestions-
4 things to walk away from:
1. From conversations that involve hate and gossip.
2. Away from unnecessary drama, it may not be yours so don't create KARMA for yourselves.
3. From people who put you down, does not matter if it is family, friends, co-workers, etc. People who care will tell you the truth in love but never put you down.
4. From the table if respect is no longer being served. Any table!
Enjoy this beautiful MONDAY...Help someone today, smile, open a door, send a word of love and compassion most of all be kind.
It is true that you better move away from people who put you down because they will make you involve yourself into quarrels with them for no apparent reason, I therefore support the essence of moving away from them.
