Objective criteria
I'm looking for a person who has experience with the LGBTQ+ community, must speak Spanish.
Why? worker must be able to relate to all members of the community and be able to communicate with Spanish-speaking community members
May be biased toward gay men because there could be more men in the clubs the person will outreach in.
I will only select a person that meets both criteria
