Resilience to me prove that we are still alive and worthy of correction, peaceful existence and freedom from all that is not serving us well. The hardships are the lessons needed in life to endure the next steps in our lives, they serve us well and looking at them from the other side, which is lessons and tests instead of hardship, pain, trauma we can then reprogram our minds, body and souls to establish a new way and a way in which is our true way, true self and true meaning for being in this life. I embrace it all and it has all served me well. Like I say everyday "It is All Good!.

This coming from a 2x heart attack survivor, DV survivor, homelessness for 3.5 years on streets of PA, buried all 4 of my children and never felt love until now at 60 years of age, true self love. It is All Good!! I am most grateful for the lessons and tests still here helping others especially our teens to reprogram for a better more sustainable and purposeful life.

Be blessed my friends, thanks for sharing.
