1 - CHW General Discussion

As a CHW, I will do my best not to refer someone without following up later. In my position now, I come in contact with members who have referrals to agencies and they don't have a name or number to call. I don't want to be the person who does the job to just get if off my desk. I want to be better than that for sure. Sometimes, we have to go above and beyond!
