What possibility are you noticing?

Opportunity often begins with noticing what could be.

Sometimes it is a new idea, connection, resource, or next step that opens a door we had not considered before. Other times, opportunity can be found in something already around us; a strength we can build on, a relationship we can deepen, a need we can respond to, or a possibility that simply needs someone to recognize it.

We can notice opportunities for ourselves, but we can also see possibilities for our organizations, our communities, and the CHW workforce as a whole.

And an opportunity can become even more powerful when we share it.

This week, we invite you to think about the possibilities you are noticing right now. Where do you see room for something to grow, change, connect, or move forward?

It does not have to be a fully developed plan. Sometimes an opportunity starts with simply being able to say, “I see a possibility here.”

Then, take a look at what others are noticing. You may have a connection, idea, resource, experience, or word of encouragement that could help someone else take their possibility one step further.
