Where did you see meaning in your contribution this week?

Purpose does not always show up in big moments.

Sometimes, it is found in a conversation, a small act of support, a connection we helped make, or simply being present when someone needed us.

The work we do, the experiences we share, and the ways we show up for others can remind us that what we bring matters.

Purpose can look different for each of us. It may come from supporting someone through a challenge, sharing knowledge, advocating for a community, creating an opportunity, or helping someone feel seen and heard.

And sometimes, we recognize our own purpose more clearly when someone else reminds us of the value they see in our contribution.

This week, we invite you to reflect on a moment, conversation, or experience that reminded you why your contribution matters. Where did you see meaning in the way you showed up?

It does not have to be a major accomplishment. Sometimes purpose is revealed in the everyday moments that reconnect us to why we started, why we continue, and who we hope to impact along the way.

Then, take a moment to notice the purpose showing up in someone else’s story. Your affirmation may be the reminder they need that their contribution matters too.
