iHOPE - Emerge
National CHW Awareness Week
Greetings,
Monday, we began with one statement: iHOPE begins with me. Throughout this week, we made space for identity, listened to our Heart, looked toward Opportunity, and connected with Purpose.
Now we arrive at Emerge. Emergence is meaningful because growth does not always happen loudly; sometimes something has been growing beneath the surface LONG before anyone else can see it.
It may be an idea, confidence, a new direction, boundary, relationship, voice, or dream you are finally willing to say out loud. Today, I do not want you to ask, “Have I arrived?” but instead, What is emerging through me?
Our Scripture for iHOPE (Emerge) says, “Arise, shine; for your light has come!” — Isaiah 60:1 NKJV
There is movement in those words: arise and shine. Not because every answer is known or everything is perfect but because something within you may be ready to come forward.
Complete one (or both) statements:
I am emerging as __________ I am ready to __________
Then take the reflection beyond yourself and consider: What could emerge for the CHW workforce if we moved forward together?
I emerge with HOPE
SHARE HOPE: Declare what is emerging for you
GIVE HOPE: Find someone else’s declaration and encourage what you see growing in them.

This week began with iHOPE begins with me and now we move from i to we.
Scripture reminds us, “Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.” — Hebrews 10:23 NKJV
Together, weHOPE
We commemorate where we have been, celebrate who we are, and collaborate toward what is possible. And now, we emerge together.

P.S. speaking of emerging.....it is time for Strength on Wheels (SoW) to emerge and sow strength....one community at a time.
Email us at info@chwstrength.com to learn about opportunities to become a "SoWer" as you ride in this luxurious vehicle for Workforce Learning Journeys and more......
with gratitude,
Stephanie Toney, CCHW, RN, BSN Visionary at CHW Strength
